Mega Aerodactyl is the fastest Mega Evolution in the game, and its Tough Claws ability boosts contact moves for devastating Rock Slide flinch pressure in doubles. After setting Tailwind, the entire team outspeeds virtually everything for four turns. Garchomp provides complementary Earthquake and Dragon coverage, while Kingambit punishes Intimidate with Defiant and cleans up late game. Wash Rotom handles Rain and Ground threats, Sneasler offers secondary Fake Out pressure and Fighting coverage, and Incineroar pivots with Intimidate support.
Gameplan
Opening
Lead Aerodactyl plus Sneasler when you want immediate tempo — Mega Evolve Aerodactyl for Tough Claws-boosted Rock Slide while Sneasler Fake Outs the biggest threat, then set Tailwind on turn two.
Mid-game
Against Trick Room teams, Aerodactyl's raw speed means you get multiple turns of damage before Trick Room matters — target the setter with Rock Slide while Sneasler threatens Close Combat on supporting Pokemon.
End-game
Kingambit is your late-game cleaner — Sucker Punch priority picks off weakened threats, and Defiant punishes every Intimidate switch. Wash Rotom and Incineroar handle defensive matchups with burns and pivot cycling.
