This is a Calm Mind Raging Bolt that wants to sit behind Fake Out and chip with Thunderclap while it scales — once it gets going, Bolt is hard to pick off thanks to Leftovers and Grassy healing. Ogerpon-Hearthflame is your Mold Breaker win condition: Swords Dance turns Ivy Cudgel into something that actually ignores screens, Levitate, and other nonsense that would stall you out. Urshifu-Rapid-Strike on the sash is the closer — Surging Strikes and Aqua Jet punish anything that tries to Protect-spam or squeak by on one HP.
Gameplan
Opening
Open Raging Bolt with Incineroar or Rillaboom depending on whether you need Intimidate/Taunt or another Fake Out plus Grassy Glide pressure — Fake Out buys Bolt a free Calm Mind or a safe Thunderclap into something scary. If they lead double special threats, consider whether Taunt from Incineroar matters more than Rillaboom's terrain.
Mid-game
Mid-game, Flutter Mane is your toolbox: Icy Wind and Thunder Wave steal turns on faster matchups, Moonblast chips, and Protect scouts so you do not walk Bolt into a bad double. When the board opens, get Ogerpon in safely, set up Swords Dance, and let Mold Breaker Ivy Cudgel hit what would normally hide behind abilities.
End-game
Late game, Urshifu-Rapid-Strike finishes — Unseen Fist through Protect on Surging Strikes matters when they are stalling for time, and Aqua Jet snipes before they move if you are in range. If they still have a fast Fairy or Dragon answer, lean on Bolt's Thunderclap or Rillaboom's priority rather than forcing Urshifu into a speed tie you lose.
