Bolt-Landorus Core

BalanceStar Player: Landorus

Life Orb Landorus with Sheer Force is your main damage engine — Earth Power and Sludge Bomb hit stupid hard without the usual recoil, and Psychic covers fighting types that think they wall you. Tornadus on Focus Sash is there so Tailwind actually goes up: you accept that it might only get one job done, but that one job lets Landorus run the game for three turns. Raging Bolt behind Assault Vest is the safety net — Thunderclap checks faster threats, Snarl softens special sweepers, and you still have Urshifu for the steels and Incineroar for the pivot war.

Gameplan

Opening

Lead Tornadus plus Landorus when you want to force Tailwind and immediately threaten Sheer Force Earth Power — Taunt early if they try Trick Room or Parting Shot spam. If they lead obvious double-target pressure into Tornadus, Protect on Landorus or swap to Incineroar Fake Out to guarantee the Tailwind.

Mid-game

Use Raging Bolt when Flutter Mane or other priority dragons are the problem — Thunderclap wins those speed traps — and bring Urshifu-Rapid-Strike when you need Surging Strikes into Heatran, Incineroar, or other steels that laugh at Earth Power. Aqua Jet is for finishing after Intimidate if they live on a sliver.

End-game

Incineroar cycles Intimidate and Parting Shot to drain physical attackers; Amoonguss buys turns with Rage Powder and threatens Spore once Trick Room is up or after Icy Wind. Against hard sun or rain, you are mostly playing around your own Tailwind windows — do not let Landorus stay in on a bad resisted special if Bolt or Urshifu has the better matchup.
