Gholdengo isn't just a second breaker: Good as Gold means Amoonguss, Thundurus, and random Taunts bounce off, so you can lock Make It Rain or Shadow Ball without playing the status minigame.
Gameplan
Opening
Preview their lead — if you need speed now, Tornadus + Roaring Moon: Tailwind on 1, then decide Acrobatics for Flying STAB damage, Knock Off to cripple an item, or your own Tailwind if Tornadus is gone and you still need the window. Protect Tornadus when you expect a double into it so Roaring Moon still gets a free swing.
Mid-game
Swap Gholdengo in when terrain, Spore, or Prankster nonsense would ruin your plan; Specs Make It Rain punishes steels that wall Moon, and Trick can steal a key item if the matchup is slow and awkward.
End-game
Close with Urshifu-RS under Tailwind or grassy terrain — Surging Strikes through substitutes, Aqua Jet for range — while Incineroar Fake Out / Parting Shot and Rillaboom glide chip in to keep turns favorable.
